About Annette

Fitness studio-19.jpg

I believe that our bodies were designed to move.  The more we move them, the better they function.  My number one goal as a trainer is to keep you moving safely so that your body can function efficiently while working towards your goals.  Whether your goal is weight loss, strength gain, event training, or improved health and fitness; I can help you move toward those goals safely and effectively.

I am nationally certified as a Personal Trainer by ACE (American Council on Exercise.) I am also certified locally by ADAPT (Athletic Development and Performance Therapy.)  My ADAPT Joint Re-Education (Level 2) qualification allows me to help individuals move forward with their fitness goals despite setbacks related to muscular imbalances (caused by previous injuries, surgery, etc.)

I welcome all ages and fitness levels.  From individual training to group fitness, my mission is to help you find the best way to improve your health, fitness, and activity level whether you are new to exercise, re-starting your fitness routine, or already exercise regularly.  I will help you move consistently, intentionally, and more efficiently. I want to keep you moving for life.

More About Annette

My personal fitness routine includes strength training, running, Range of Motion exercises, and regular exercise "supplements" to re-set and re-integrate my muscles. I enjoy participating in races from 5Ks to half marathons. I also love Obstacle Course Races. Both types of races keep me focused on my training and challenge me to keep improving my fitness and abilities. I enjoy just about anything that gets me outside - especially when the sun is shining.

My overall fitness focus is keeping my body feeling good and functioning well so that I can continue doing the things I love. I focus on improving what my body can do rather than how it looks.
